3-Way Calling

3-Way Calling allows for multiple people to participate in one conversation. While on a call with the first caller, go to MENU on the original phone, then choose NEW CALL. Enter the phone number of the next caller you would like to conference in or 3-way call. Press OK. Then choose the LINK or CONFERENCE button depending on the model of your cell phone. This should connect all three parties.

Call Waiting

Call Waiting alerts you to an incoming call while you're already on the line. To activate Call Waiting, dial *43# SEND. Press SEND to put the first party on hold and answer the incoming call. Press SEND to alternate between parties. To eliminate disturbances during important calls, deactivate Call Waiting by pressing #43# SEND before placing a call.

Call Forwarding

Forward your incoming calls to another phone number by pressing **21* forwarding phone number # SEND. To deactivate the Call Forwarding feature, simply press ##21# SEND.

Voicemail Setup

Please follow the steps listed below to complete your intial voicemail setup.

Step 1: Dial 712-333-6245, then press the SEND key

Step 2: Press the # key

Step 3: Dial the last four digits of your phone number

Step 4: Press 9 for the Setup Menu

Step 5: Press 4 for Auto Log-in

Step 6: Press 1 to enable your Auto Log-In

Your voicemail is now set-up! To go straight to your voicemail simply press and hold the 1 key.

To check your messages from another phone line, call 712-333-6245 and press the * key and then
enter the last four digits of your phone number or your password.
