• Low $50 deductible per claim for all cell phones valued below $300
• Low $75 deductible per claim for all cell phones valued over $300 or any type of PDA
• Coverage begins on the 31st day (30 day waiting period)
• An additional $25 will be charged for any claim occuring within the first 90 days.

The person calling must be listed on the contract. Make sure you know the manufacturer, model name and number of the wireless phone.
